20 Vtg Antique Czech Beehive Mark 7 Figural Medallions Cobalt Hand Paint Tray

A Stunning Vintage or Antique Czech Beehive Mark Figural Medallions Cobalt Handled Hand Painted Tray. The back is marked Czecho Slovakia and there's a beehive mark similar to the Royal Vienna one. Any help in clarifying why there's a Royal Vienna mark and Czech mark at the same time is appreciated. There are 5 different figural medallions (2 repeats). I'm not sure if the figural medallions are transfer ware or hand painted.

Item is about 20" x 11". While item has no apparent damage no cracks. No chips, no repairs, no crazing, no stains.
