A WW1 bronze Memorial Plaque, also known as the Dead Man's Penny. Second Lieutenant Frederick Owen Kemp. This example was struck at the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich as it has the WA mark on the reverse and the number between the lion's tail and back leg on the obverse. Included is some accompanying paperwork about Kemp.
