This Original home décor floor covering was made by the hands of artistic skilful weavers inspired by ancient designs. Weavers go to great lengths to recreate the aged look of original pieces. They do this by spinning the wool tightly before they begin the knotting process. This gives the rug a dense but flat and thin finish. The rug short pile is made out of natural Ghazni wool which is well known for its ability to bounce back after being compressed by furniture and foot traffic.

It is 30% more stain resistant than synthetic fibers due to the lanolin that coats each fiber. The tones are generally subtle reds, beige, and blues but for this specific 9' 11'' x 13' 8'' Kazak colors please refer to the pictures.

Its not machine made, nor hand-tufted, it is authentic hand knotted in Pakistan. Please refer to the last picture (the back of the rug), which shows the authenticity of the weave.
