RARE Enamel IMPERIAL RUSSIAN Kiev Military Epaulet ORDER Medal JETON Badge NAMED

I have MANY other lots of military, watches, jewelry, gold, silver, platinum, and more listed. Here is a very rare piece of Imperial Russian military. This may date before WWI, but I'm not sure. From the research I have done, this is a shoulder strap badge from a cadet at the Kiev Military School. The thing that makes ir rare is the engraving on the back.

It is named and there's also some letters/numbers that MAY be his unit, but I'm not sure. IF SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT ALL OF IT MEANS, PLEASE MESSAGE ME AS I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW! Please see pics for more details. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT.
