Royal Victorian Order, MVO V full size medal

A very unusual continental manufactured Member of the Royal Victorian Order class V. This is not the standard period issue made by Collingwood & Company and is a privately made item, continental in origin (given the style of the Crown), made of silver with gold circlet and cypher. Multi-piece construction, exceedingly well made, on an original length of ribbon. The Crown on top of the circlet is not the usual Imperial Crown as you will note from the photo.
