Royal wedding Mary Princess of Great Britain with Prince Ferdinand of Romania

The medal was issued in 1893 at the Royal wedding between Mary (Maria) Princess of Great Britain and Ireland (the niece of Empress Victoria) with Heir Prince of Romania, Ferdinand (Later King Ferdinand the 1st). On the obverse are depicted the portraits of Princess Maria and Prince Ferdinand. On the reverse, angel holding coat of arms of Romania and Great Britain. The medal is measuring 50 mm, made of gilt brass and was engraved by Anton Scharff. Check out my other items.
