Highly flashy and brilliant, with an iridescent ring of toning; some scattered hairlines and a few marks in the fields are noted. A pioneer in the application of surgery and anatomy within the greater field of medicine, Arvid Henrik Florman is also regarded as being the first anthropologist in Sweden and highly important in the then-fledgling field of forensic science.
