141- binderblackjetarg Silver token from the Paris Mint (Cornucopia hallmark from 1880). Around 1970, re-strike of a 1709 token. Nice copy in Silver 1st title - 950/1000. On the slice justified EE / 300. As indicated by the inscribed edge, it is a Publisher's Copy (EE) for the French club of the medal, out of 300 copies minted.

The actual print run reserved for the artists, as a gift by the director, to the medalist of the Currency Museum and to the legal deposit of the Cabinet des Médailles de la BNF was located between 8 and 12 copies per subject at the sole discretion of the headteacher. Obverse description: Head on the right of Louis XIV signed TB in monogram [n° 246]. Obverse translation: Louis the Great, King. VOLUCE; AT THE EXERGUE: JURE. Reverse description: Naked Adam, standing facing, and naked Eve, seen from the back, seated at the foot of the tree with the snake placed on the right; on the left, many quadrupeds and birds whose names Adam designates, his hand stretched out towards them.
